Anyone using it is considered a User. Both accept and agree to the policies and principles of this document.

Underage users may use Famivita provided they are properly assisted or represented by guardians, who assume responsibility for the actions of minors.

The User releases Famivita, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all and any liability, expenses of any kind (such as legal expenses), claims, losses, and damages related to their own violation of these Terms and Conditions or to their content submitted or posted on this site.
The User does not hold Famivita responsible in any way for their inability to use the site, unauthorized access to their personal information, expenses for the purchase of products and services on the site or at alternative addresses, acts of third parties and any other occurrence related to the site. This applies regardless of the type of damages and how they arise, even in cases of prior warning of the possibility of damages.
