History
The clinic was founded in February 1993, initially under the name Centro de Reprodução Assistida Femina, by a group of gynecologists who specialized in assisted reproduction.
Now called Humana Reproductive Medicine, it offers assisted reproduction treatments, ultrasonography exams, andrology services (semen analysis and sperm DNA fragmentation testing), and fertility investigation tests.
The clinic also features specialties in obstetrics, plastic surgery, and rejuvenation, and is part of the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction (RedLara).
About the clinical staff
The clinic consists of a team of 14 professionals, covering areas of assisted reproduction and gynecology, embryology, fetal medicine, urology, psychology, plastic surgery, and rejuvenation.
About costs and treatments
A consultation can be scheduled starting at R$450. A procedure like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) may cost around R$5,800, a price to which medical fees, varying according to the chosen professional, are added. This price does not include medications.
Freezing up to 6 embryos costs about R$2,300, and an embryo transfer, R$2,500. For a second transfer, in addition to this price, medical fees must also be paid.
