5 Strips Confirme Fertility Ovulation Test

  1. How It Works
  2. When to Take It
  3. Tips to Improve Efficiency

For those trying to conceive, nothing is better than knowing exactly when you are ovulating. Since for some women the fertile window is a mystery, the pharmaceutical industry developed some products that will certainly help many women get pregnant more efficiently, even with irregular cycles. Most women have difficulty accurately determining their most fertile day, which can certainly make getting pregnant harder. It’s also important to remember that not everyone can detect their fertile week, and in this, the Confirme fertility tests can help. A good example of this pharmaceutical advancement is ovulation tests. Besides being very accessible and available at various pharmacies and online stores, the Confirme ovulation test is simple and easy to use, just like pregnancy tests. Even women who have never used a strip diagnostic test before will be able to use it calmly.

How Does the Confirme Ovulation Test Work?

The Confirme ovulation test detects fertile period hormones present in urine. These are not the same as those detected in pregnancy. The hormone this fertility test detects is LH (luteinizing hormone). This hormone is responsible for maturing the follicles that have grown in the ovaries. We can say that the more LH in the body, the closer ovulation is to happening. The Confirme test will always detect any amount of LH present in the urine. In fact, LH is constantly present throughout a woman’s cycle. The difference is in its concentration. The more hormone present, the darker the line will be and the closer the ovaries are to releasing eggs. The control line will always appear and is as strong as the presence of the hormone at 20 mIU sensitivity. However, the test line may or may not appear, but whenever it is as strong as the control line, it’s time to have intercourse! If the line is equal to the control, ovulation may occur within the next 24 to 48 hours. If it is darker than the control line, ovulation is even closer: within 12 to 24 hours. This is the period when a woman should have intercourse to become pregnant. Remember, if you want to conceive a girl, you should have intercourse one day before ovulation; if you want a boy, on the day and after the ovulation peak. Keep in mind this is just a way to help determine your baby’s desired sex.

When Should You Take the Test?

Women with irregular cycles may have difficulty knowing when to take their Confirme ovulation test. However, there are ways to determine this. Besides symptoms like pain on one side of the lower abdomen (cramps), breast tenderness, high libido, and others, a woman can check the right time to take the test through fertile mucus. Female fertility begins to show when the mucus changes from whitish and opaque (sometimes creamy) to a thick egg white which becomes more watery over time. The fertility test should be done as soon as this egg white mucus appears, since the fertile period lasts 5 to 7 days, and ovulation can occur even on the first day. For women with regular cycles, the Confirme test can be taken on the very first day of the fertile period. To help detect the fertile period, it is recommended to use an ovulation calculator.

Tips to Optimize the Test’s Efficiency

Tip 1: To help make the ovulation test even more efficient, it should be taken at the time of day when LH concentration is highest, that is, between 3 and 7 p.m. Ideally, after 5 p.m. During this period, luteinizing hormone is most active in the body and it is possible to measure it more effectively. The ovulation test should never be done with first morning urine; unlike its usefulness in pregnancy tests, morning urine is poor in LH and can greatly affect the result.Tip 2: Collect urine in a clean, dry cup. Preferably use disposable plastic cups to prevent contamination and obtain the most accurate result.Tip 3: Organize your ovulation tests by date on plain paper. Gluing the test strips with the test date is extremely useful to visually track the line progression. Besides the date, it’s also helpful to note the time you did the test and try to always repeat it at the same time.

Pros of the Test: Fast and clear result, very quick delivery, and the instructions are very clear for anyone who has never used an ovulation test like me.
Cons: The strips could be wider to make handling easier during the test.
Overall, I was very pleased and recommend the product!

Highly recommend! I found it a little pricey, but since it’s a trustworthy brand it’s worth paying a bit more to have a more precise and reliable result. Even with my irregular cycle, I am able to identify and track my fertile period exactly. I hope to get my positive soon!

I never understood my cycle or when ovulation happened! My first pregnancy happened naturally and when I decided to try for a second that’s when I had difficulty. After trying some ovulation tests without success, I bought the Confirme Test and recommend it for being the most accurate and clearest of all. I think the price is high, but it’s worth it for its quality! The tests arrived within the timeframe given at purchase!
