History
In 2012, a group of 5 doctors founded the Embrius de Fertilidade clinic. This started a partnership with the Geare Assisted Reproduction laboratory. In 2015, the clinic expanded and opened a branch, which is the Clínica Dra. Maria Eugênia Câmara, named after the doctor who coordinates the branch.
About the medical staff
The medical staff has undergone recent changes and today consists of Dr. Maria Eugênia Câmara, responsible for assisted reproduction, and two other professionals: Dr. Mariellena Cardoso, MSc in Nutrition; and Christiane Cruz, a psychologist specialized in Perinatal Psychology.
About costs and treatments
An In Vitro Fertilization procedure with Dr. Maria Eugênia averages R$ 15,000. Medication is not included. A chromosomal evaluation starts at R$ 1,500.
